The CAI public SSL certificates will be renewed on 29th March 2023 4.30 am to 5.30 am UTC for Services on AWS POD3, Azure Singapore & Azure Germany Pod. As part of this renewal, Informatica is changing PKI certificate providers and certificate authority who is responsible for signing our public certificates. This will have an impact in following scenarios: 1. If you have the certificates or cert providers added to trust store (secure agent machine, network appliances, firewalls, etc.). 2. If you have any third-party clients or tools where the cert providers or the certificate is imported. 3. If you have calls made from other clients to Cloud Application Integration endpoints and RunAJob CLI, Asset Management CLI v2, paramset CLI, IICS Rest API invocations. 4. If you have non-default trust store paths configured for trust store on the Process Server.
This scheduled maintenance affected: IICS EM Central 1 Azure Services (Cloud Application Integration), IICS AP SouthEast 1 Services (Cloud Application Integration), and IICS US West 3 Services (Cloud Application Integration).
