On the Upgrade Availability date, Administrators will see an in-product notification in the Metadata Command Center prompting an option to upgrade an individual Org to the latest release.
This option will be available for 14 calendar days. After 14 calendar days, if an Upgrade is not initiated by the Administrator for a specific Org, Cloud Data Governance and Catalog, Cloud Data Marketplace, and Metadata Command Center will be automatically upgraded.
