We have identified an issue with our Cloud Service Provider’s database infrastructure that can potentially cause service availability issues. As part of proactive steps to avoid an outage, we are performing urgent infrastructure maintenance on November 9th, Saturday at 10:00 PM PT.
All IDMC services, including UI and Runtime, will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes (between 10:05 PM – 10:20 PM PT) during this 1-hour maintenance activity.
Impact on Services during the 15-minute downtime: -Cloud Data Integration jobs will be impacted, and tasks will not be triggered during this period. Running CDI tasks will run through completion, UI may not reflect the status. Please refer the session log for runtime statistics for such tasks.
