Update

IICS US West 5 pod will be undergoing Database infrastructure maintenance at this time (20th March 2:05 AM - 2:35 AM PDT - 30 mins).

During this 30-minute period Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Integration Hub, B2B Gateway, Cloud Data Integration - Elastic jobs will be impacted and any running tasks and taskflows will be terminated.

Since the services will be down for up to 15 minutes during this window, we recommend setting a black out period during this time.

Data Quality and Cloud Profiling task execution and creation will be impacted.
Streaming Ingestion task create/update/execution will be impacted during the maintenance.

The current running Streaming Ingestion Tasks on Streaming Ingestion Agent will be terminated.

Mass Ingestion Files and Databases will be impacted. Tasks started before the maintenance will be impacted.

Cloud Application Integration processes will be impacted.

Any failed scheduled tasks will run again in the next schedule after the maintenance period, you may also run any failed tasks/taskflows manually.

This is a mandatory database maintenance due to an underlying Cloud Service Provider (CSP) hardware update.
