Resolved

We experienced a brief intermittent User Interface issue with API Manager on the Azure Germany POD (IICS EM Central 1 Azure Services) between 10.39 AM to 10.41 AM Germany time. There was no impact on API Manager runtime. This issue has been resolved, and we are currently monitoring the affected services. All other services are functioning normally.
