Update

Post the resolution of the incident we monitored and notice secure agents are able to connect and execute the jobs in normalcy.
However, if you notice any of your jobs are impacted or the secure agents on your Org is not in running state, please perform a manual restart of the secure agent services and your executions should be back to normalcy.

We will continue to monitor executions and update the status page.

Update

The issue has been resolved and access to UI has been restored. The agent services should be able to reestablish connectivity to be back, up and running. If users are still noticing some secure agent services being down, please perform a manual restart of the secure agent services. We will continue to monitor the issue from our end and provide update on the status page.

Team, we notice issues with both job executions as well as in accessing IICS UI for certain US AWS POD orgs.

The issue has been resolved and the agent services should be back up and running. If users are still noticing secure agent services are down, then please try restarting once.
