We have identified an issue with our Cloud Service Provider’s database infrastructure that can potentially cause service availability issues.
As part of proactive steps to avoid an outage, we are performing an urgent infrastructure maintenance on Saturday, November 16th, at 7:00pm PT.

All IDMC services, including UI and Runtime, will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes (between: 7:05 PM – 7:20 PM PT) during this 1-hour maintenance activity.

Impact on Services during the 15-minute downtime:
-Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Integration Hub, B2B Gateway, Cloud Data Integration - Elastic jobs will be impacted and tasks will not be triggered during this period.
Running CDI tasks will run through completion, UI may not reflect the status. Please refer the session log for runtime statistics for such tasks.

To mitigate any potential issues, we recommend that you set a black out period during this time. Refer KB on how to set a blackout period: https://docs.informatica.com/integration-cloud/cloud-platform/current-version/organization-administration/schedules/configuring-a-blackout-period.html

-Cloud Application Integration processes will be impacted, and new processes may not be triggered. CAI running processes will run through to completion.

-Data Quality and Cloud Profiling creation will be impacted. Running tasks are not impacted.

-Streaming Ingestion task create/update will be impacted during the maintenance. The current running Streaming Ingestion Tasks on Streaming Ingestion Agent will run through to completion.

-Mass Ingestion Files and Databases will be impacted. Tasks started before the maintenance will run through to completion.

-Running CIH publications and subscriptions will run through to completion. New publications and subscriptions will be impacted and not processed during this window. The impacted publication/ subscription events cannot be reprocessed.

-Operational Insights will not have data updated during this period. The data will be delayed.

-Reference 360 and Customer 360 will be impacted. Any running MDM Ingress/Egress jobs will run until completion

-Cloud Data Governance and Catalog, Metadata Command Center and Cloud Data Marketplace will not be accessible during this maintenance period.
