We're enhancing our database infrastructure to optimize performance of log retrieval for Taskflow executions.
Here's what you need to know:
- Faulted and the Suspended Taskflow logs: Logs for faulted and suspended process executions will be migrated to the new high-performing database. These logs will continue to be accessible for 3 days and 14 days respectively.
- Completed Taskflow Logs: Please note that as part of the ongoing upgrade process, Completed Taskflow logs, typically retained for 7 days, will not be migrated. As a result, logs for Completed Taskflows within the last 7 days will not be accessible to customers. In case those logs are needed, you should reach out to Global Customer Support.
This is a zero down time activity. All Taskflow API invocations and Taskflow executions will continue to operate normally during the maintenance.
