Monitoring

We have implemented a solution for this issue. Taskflows executions via UI, Schedulers and API triggers are operating normally since 10:40 AM PT.

All other services are operating normally and we continue to monitor the services.

We are encountering intermittent issues while invoking Taskflows on NA West 1 and NA East 2.
These issues may result in delays or failures in scheduled Taskflow executions and API calls.

We actively investigating the root cause and resolution with the highest priority.
