This is the monthly patch, connector, application and package release. During this time we will update connectors, applications (ICRT), packages and patches as required.

Our architecture allows a new agent to come up and the old agent will then shutdown thereby not requiring any downtime and removing the need for a blackout period, except the Process Server package of the Secure Agent will also be automatically upgraded requiring an automatic download and then automatic restart of the Process Server service on the agent.

ICRT on App, App2 and App3 will be updated with customer related fixes. This is the only package that is planned for any update during the November monthly release on ICS.
