Informatica will be conducting database maintenance activity during the specified window. Customers may observe intermittent failures for their batch jobs during the window specified for their MDM SaaS applications. MDM SaaS applications include Customer 360, Supplier 360, Product 360, Reference 360, and Multidomain MDM. Please resubmit the jobs or reach out to the Global Customer Service (GCS) if the issue persists. If your org’s MDM services are entirely down during this window , you will be contacted separately via a Global Customer Support (GCS) case.
