Informatica will perform infrastructure updates to enhance security, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This process, performed once every several years, involves 2 hours of downtime, during a 3 hour maintenance window, as we update the configuration that supports secure communication across the platform.

Customers should not run jobs or make any API calls to IDMC services during maintenance. No other action is required.

Informatica advises a schedule blackout for the duration of the maintenance.
