As a result of our continuous improvement effort for disaster recovery, Informatica has made the decision to relocate our disaster recovery site for our AP SouthEast1 (APJ) IICS cloud services. We will move the Disaster Recovery site from Tokyo, Japan (“ap-northeast-1”) to Sydney, Australia (“ap-southeast-2” (zone C)) on March 30, 2021. All Informatica services currently running in the primary APJ Site – Sydney, Australia (“ap-southeast-2a and ap-southeast-2b”) will remain unchanged.
As a result of this change, we request that you verify and if necessary, update the allowed domains & IP address ranges in your firewalls (as you had previously for our existing site) Please refer this link for all the details: https://network.informatica.com/docs/DOC-19032
We do not expect any downtime, impact or risk from this change. The disaster recovery IP addresses are for disaster recovery situations only and will be invoked if a DR situation were to occur.
