Cloud Data Governance and Catalog, Cloud Data Marketplace and Metadata Command Center are being updated with new features, security and bug fixes. DGC and MCC Apps will be available read-only mode during the upgrade window. Any writes like, scans, bulk import and updates from UI will not be available.
All other services will remain operational
