On Thursday June 14, 2018, 04:00 PM – 05:00 PM PT (11:00 PM – 12:00 AM GMT) we will be updating our security certificate for Informatica Cloud.

This applies to APP2 and APP3 pods only. It does NOT apply to APP, as APP has already been updated.

The following pods are being updated:

APP2.informaticacloud.com
APP3.informaticacloud.com

There will be no downtime and for most customers the update will be seamless. If you are using RunaJob and require a certificate, or using any other applications that doesn’t use the secure agent’s Java directory, and requires a certificate, you need to update the new certificate in the java location you are using.

The following KB has the certificate and detailed instructions, and it can be updated as early as today, in addition to any certificates you currently have. You should not remove any existing certificates, until the update is complete on June 14. After the completion you may remove the old certificate if you desire.
