API Manager is being updated and API Gateway will not serve any request between 9 PM – 9:30 PM PT.

Cloud Data Integration and Platform are being updated (log4j upgraded to 2.16)

The certificates for IICS login URL, package download manager URL (https://common.dm-us.informaticacloud.com), US West 3, US East 4 are being renewed as part of this maintenance. There is no downtime related to this activity. There might be a small network glitch during the time of the renewal.

Cloud Data Integration - Elastic is being updated (log4j upgraded to 2.16)

Cloud Application Integration is being updated (Process Engine - log4j upgraded to 2.16)

With the identification of log4j vulnerability, identified as CVE-2021-45105, we are rolling out updates to log4j component within our Process Server package to alleviate the vulnerability.

With this update, your Process Server package will go into “Required Restart” mode. This means that there is no immediate restart of the Process Server on your agent but will be needed within the next 7 days post upgrade, to let you choose the time window that works well for you. In case, you do not restart the Process Server yourself, there will be an automatic restart post 7-day grace expiry

Operational Insights are being updated. OI Data collector service log4j upgraded to 2.16.

Cloud Integration Hub and B2B Gateway are being updated.

Cloud Data Quality and Cloud Profiling are being updated. (log4j upgrade to 2.17.0)

File Mass Ingestion is being updated (log4j upgrade to 2.16.0)

Cloud Mass Ingestion Database, Streaming and Application and associated agent service for each are being updated (log4j upgrade to 2.17.0)

Reference 360 and Customer 360 are being updated (US East 4 pod only)
