The purpose of this notification is to inform our customers of upcoming system maintenance on Saturday, June 23rd, 2018 between 4:00 AM PDT (11:00 UTC) and 5:00 AM PDT (12:00 UTC). During this time there may be brief service interruptions to all Informatica DaaS products. As part of this maintenance TLS 1.0 will be disabled on our European endpoints, and SNI (an extension of TLS) will be enabled. This is the same change that was implemented on the US endpoints in May 2018. Please note the following: • This only affects the API endpoints on servers physically located in Europe. Those URLs all start with "eu" - for instance: eu-ws.informaticadaas.com. If you are not using the European endpoints you will not be affected by these changes. • If you connecting over HTTP, you will not be affected by these changes. It only affects HTTPS connections. • If you are connecting over HTTPS you need to make sure you are using TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 and are compatible with SNI. • If you do need to implement changes to your system, you may apply those updates at any time. Our production systems already support TLS 1.1 and 1.2.
Please take a proactive approach today to ensure your computing environments can communicate with Informatica DaaS environments using either TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 and SNI prior to the due date listed above. If you have any questions or concerns about upgrading or just want to test connectivity If you have any questions, please contact us through Global Customer Support at 1-877-INFAHELP from the US, or worldwide click here.
