The Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) July Major release offers incredible new capabilities that address key data challenges that businesses are facing today across all our different products.

Runtime Continuity: During the Informatica Cloud upgrade, only the Informatica Cloud UI will be unavailable for use; Cloud Data Integration jobs will continue to run. CAI Process Server: As part of this release, updates were made to the Process Server service on the Secure Agent. The updates do not affect the service and the agent processes will continue to work as is. As a result of the deployment of the updates, you will see that the status of the Process Server service shows up as Restart Required.
