This is the monthly patch for NA West 1, US West 3 and AP Southeast 1 , connector, application and package release. During this time we will update connectors, applications (ICAI), packages and patches as required.

Our architecture allows a new agent to come up and the old agent will then shutdown thereby not requiring any downtime and removing the need for a blackout period, except the Process Server package of the Secure Agent will also be automatically upgraded requiring an automatic download and then automatic restart of the Process Server service on the agent.
