*****End of Life for MySQL drivers 5.x. *****

MySQL 5.x versions will no longer be supported as of Winter ’19. We highly recommend switching to 8.x drivers well in advance to ensure there is no impact after the upgrade since jobs that use MySQL and 5.x drivers will fail after the upgrade.
